Your Chef was honoured to cater the wedding celebration of Katie and Chris at their picturesque Cornish venue. The couple envisioned an elegant, intimate affair for 120 guests, with a focus on locally-sourced seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented dishes.
Our team worked closely with Katie and Chris to craft a customised menu that reflected their personal tastes and the rustic charm of the venue. We began the reception with a selection of artisanal canapés, including Cornish Crab blinis, seasonal wild mushroom tartlets and baby beetroot and Hummus crostinis.
For the seated dinner, guests savoured a first course of freshly caught Cornish Hake en paupiette, served with garlic butter sauce and a selection of accompaniments. A selection of mini desserts and an opulent selection of local cheeses was on offer to finish the meal in local style.
Throughout the event, our dedicated service staff ensured each guest felt welcomed and attended to. We received countless compliments on the exceptional quality of the cuisine and the seamless execution of the catering. Katie and Chris were overjoyed with how the food and service helped make their special day truly unforgettable.
